As wholesome and filling as it looks, you've just gotta taste it yourself. This blogpost and the photos won't do it justice omg I can't find words to describe this burger 🍔..
So before I share more, i had a snapshot of gluttony me looking all hungry and ready to attack and the burger in my right hand while drinking my favourite hk coffee (I used to drink this canned coffee every morning during my international teaching practicum in hk haha) in my other hand. So many (or is it much, cuz uncountable. ok who cares about good engrish when there's food.) good food and there's only one mouth. Impatient.
So the photo below has most of the ingredients mum stacked in the towering burgers.
They include:
cucumber
lettuce
mayo
cheese
eggs
chicken patty (which mum marinated and panfried it herself)
burger buns (lightly toasted till golden brown with a thin spread of butter to finish)
