What more can you ask for when you already have soft chewy cookies? You probably wouldn't stop smiling. These crinkle cookies have a slight 'crunch' on the outside when you sink your teeth into them, and then on the inside it is the moist and rich goodness. Satisfying mouthful, isn't it. That's the beauty of the crinkle cookies, and the cookies being red velvet just makes this entire situation another level for appreciation higher haha.
Okay, I once didn't know what red velvent tasted like and People said I had missed out a lot and was horrified because I haven't tried red velvet. 😂
I guess I did miss out. But nothing is too late isn't it!! :) I didn't have to try them at some atas cafe and pay for only a slice hahah, because mum's to the rescue, and I have all to myself. Greedy is me. ;)
Mum always makes sure to accede to my greedy food requests. :) Healthier, more worth it and more love from mum's homemade food. :D
Till date I have tried so many different kinds like red velvet pancakes, red velvet cakes, red velvet cookies and this- red velvet crinkle cookies. Lovely and satisfied.
Anyway, a good reminder to always keep smiling even if there will be wrinkles (wrinkles are better than frowns), just like the red velvet crinkle cookies. Remember the smile on your lips when you enjoy a good cookie and lick the little crumbs off the corner of your mouth.
