The mango season in nearing
And this reminds me of the time mum creatively used the sweet mangoes
and turned them into different mango cuisines like mango salad, mango rojak, mango fried rice, mango waffles, mango pancakes, mango sago, mango popsicles, mango smoothie, mango sticky rice.
Which earned her a mention in the mango article featured in the daily chinese newspaper lian he zao bao! We had our photos featured too! I think I had mentioned this somewhere in my older posts here, but since this is a really rare, amazing and fortunate experience, thanks to mum's superb culinary skillz! I suspose it deserves another mention? :)
