Never take bread for granted, especially if it is handmade.
😂 Didn't use our mixer else it wake everyone up! So we kneaded the dough by ourselves, it was so tedious, cuz it was so sticky and stubborn! My arms were aching, my fingers were aching, itching whatever HAHA the weather so warm and humid. But mum and I worked hard, we took turns, mixing, kneading, punching, turning..AND it was finally ready, clean and smooth, ready for proofing, we know it's on its way to being a fluffy white bread!
